Front Loading Arbor

Safer

The loading gallery can have safety rails on the arbor side of the catwalk, thus conforming to building code. The loader does not have to reach to the back of the arbor to load. The bricks have a handle and the loader does not need to take their hand off the brick until it is securely in the arbor. Along with the counterweight bench, the loader does not have to bend down to pick up bricks.

Faster

Not having to bend down to pick up bricks, loaders can do their job faster. The loader inserts bricks into any convenient and available shelf, they do not need to start loading from the bottom of the arbor.

Easier

With compliant safety rails, the loaders may be able to dispense with the use of safety harnesses. The loaders turn on the balls of their feet, rather than twisting their backs.
